Door-to-Door Sales Rep for lawncare NE lawncare, LLC Lehigh Acres, FL 33976 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves engaging with clients to provide exceptional service, promoting our lawn care solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical expertise. Responsibilities Provide expert advice on lawn care techniques, products, and services to clients. Conduct assessments of clients’ lawns to identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Engage in inside sales activities, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers. Negotiate service agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction. Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records. Perform outbound calling to follow up on leads and nurture existing client relationships. Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies that promote lawn care services within the community. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lawn care to provide informed recommendations. Experience Previous experience in sales or technical sales is preferred, particularly within the landscaping or lawn care industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to clients and team members. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. Familiarity with lawn care products, services, and techniques is highly desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
