Location:
Fort Myers, Florida Inside Sales Representative-Product Support Dept.: General Line Parts/Product Support Sales Inside Sales Representative-Product Support This position is responsible for proactively contacting an assigned active account base to sell and promote Kelly Tractor’s new/used machine sales, rentals, and product support (parts and service) for construction machinery. Proactively build quality customer relationships and manage an account base of approximately 1,000 accounts according to established PARs. Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with the customers by providing consistent, accurate and timely equipment solutions advice based on the customers’ business needs. Promote, develop, and qualify equipment leads (sales and rentals) and sell parts, service, and customer service agreements. Assist customer base with questions related to machine application, route technical questions to the appropriate department; be a “go-to” point person for the customer. Maintain accurate customer account and machine population information to support demographic targeting and forecasting for sales and promotions, as well as conduct customer needs analysis and potential. Understand, & update, and utilize our customer relationship management system, Custom Track Service, Equipment Management solutions, SIS, and other dealership customer information-based systems. Dedication to relevant continuous personal learning and development; openness to participate in related sales and product support projects and assist the department in other ad hoc tasks when needed. Represent the company ethically and professionally. Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline. Two or three years of sales experience includes proactive telephone sales. Parts experience or a good mechanical aptitude. Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
