Direct Hire Position Salary:

$60,000 – $70,000 DOE plus uncapped commission Outside Sales Key responsibilities: Achieve sales targets in your territory. Create and maintain good relationships with prescription customers. Acquire a deep understanding of the needs of relevant prescription customers. We are looking for a competent person to increase sales revenue and to maintain customer relationships within the assigned geographic area following company’s strategy. You will ensure that our customers are happy and look for ways to grow our sales.

Outside Sales Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets in your territory. Create and maintain good relationships with prescription customers. Gain an in-depth understanding of the needs of relevant prescription customers. Find ways to ensure effective sales operations. Analyze data to find the most effective sales methods. Evaluate sales performance against key performance indicators. Monitor competition within assigned region. Ensure the growth and positioning of the company in your territory. Have extensive knowledge of all products and services offered by company and promote them according to the company’s strategy. Train and inform customers on the use of the company’s products, as well as on new products and services provided by the company. Promote company’s image to prescription customers. Participate in promotional or industry events to cultivate customer relationships. Conduct market research, identifying opportunities to expand the customer base. Ensure that all activity is reported in the company’s systems. Coordinate with the assigned territory team (Telemarketing, Sales Service and warehouse personnel). Occasionally perform activities, directly or indirectly related to their specific responsibilities, that are necessary for the fulfillment of their objectives or those of company, or that are entrusted by their immediate superior. Proactively collaborate in the application of the occupational risk prevention, quality and environmental systems, as well as in the application of company’s financial, commercial, production and human resources policies in his/her area of responsibility in collaboration with the other areas. Comply with and promote the company’s Values and Strategy. Respect the Code of Ethics.

Outside Sales Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or similar. Proven work experience developing similar functions. Bilingual English /Spanish a plus Excellent communication and public speaking skills. Ability to devise strategies and use key performance indicators. Communication and persuasion skills.

Outside Sales Specific skills:

Client Orientation and Service Quality. Knowledge of the client’s needs and conviction of the satisfaction of such need as a competitive advantage for the company, with the aim of keep and improve the company quality standards, following the criteria stablished by the company. Working ability. Correctly doing the assigned tasks in the established period, optimizing execution deadlines. In moments of pressure having the ability to keep calm and prioritize the tasks showing availability and disposition to collaborate. Ability to Sell. Ability to detect the clients’ needs and showing how they can be satisfied with the company’s products and services. Creating win-win relationships in mid and long-term. Ability to transmit efficiently company value proposition, generating credibility and a positive image of the company. Product Knowledge. Knowledge of the kind of products, qualities, materials, construction types the company works with. Continuous acquisition of technical and professional knowledge, as well as the ability to use it and transmit it for a correct development of the job.
