What You’ll Do:
Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients, guiding them through our portfolio of insurance products
Identify client needs through thoughtful, consultative conversations and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, prioritizing service, transparency, and retention
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory updates to ensure accurate and timely information for clients
Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and compliance documentation in accordance with legal and company standards
Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve client experience
What You Bring:
Active Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a friendly, customer-first approach
Strong self-motivation and time-management skills to succeed in a remote work environment
