The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored roofing solutions. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

    Prospecting:

    Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

      Sales Presentations:

      Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our roofing solutions.

        Customer Needs Assessment:

        Understand customer requirements and provide suitable roofing solutions.

          Sales Proposals:

          Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotes.

            Follow-Up:

            Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities to close deals.

              Customer Relationship Management:

              Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

                Sales Targets:

                Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

                  Market Awareness:

                  Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

                    Documentation:

                    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

                    Qualifications:
                      Education:

                      High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

                        Experience:

                        Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing, construction, or related industries.

                          Skills:

                          Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

                            Attributes:

                            Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
