Position Overview:
We’re looking for a personable, motivated Part-Time Salesperson to join our team! This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a new career, re-enter the workforce, or earn additional income on a flexible schedule. No prior closet design experience required—we’ll provide training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective customers in-home to understand their needs Recommend customized closet and storage solutions based on client preferences and budget Provide quotes, present design ideas, and close sales Maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process Follow up on leads and generate referrals through excellent service Work closely with the design and install teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Attend Networking Events What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, confident communicator with strong people skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable with basic technology (iPad, email, design software—training provided) Organized and good with follow-through Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Reliable transportation and ability to meet with clients in their homes
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position with flexible part-time hours . You earn a percentage of every sale you close—with potential for strong income based on performance. Perfect for those who want schedule flexibility and earning potential without a full-time commitment.
