We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer interaction and a strong ability to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our packaging products and value-added services. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.

Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations:

Present and demonstrate our packaging products and value-added services to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits tailored to their needs.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.

Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales and secure business.

Customer Service & Support:

Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, addressing inquiries, upselling, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

Market Research & Reporting:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity. Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, market conditions, and competitor strategies.

Sales Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Customer Support, and Quoting to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful sales process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience as a Sales Representative or similar role is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software (Preferred). High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position. 9 AM-5 PM in-office hours. May require customer interactions outside standard hours. Local or interstate travel may be necessary depending on the situation.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary with commission structure based on sales performance.
