In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in their purchasing decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will enhance the shopping experience for our diverse clientele. You will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining the overall presentation of the store. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor and lot by keeping everything nice and clean, cars straight and with proper merchandise on display. Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Previous experience in car sales is preferred, with a strong understanding of Four square, financing and bad credit customers. Familiarity with CRMs like Dealer Center is essential but not a requirement. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
