Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our sales operations by managing purchase orders (POs), updating project details in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and delivering engaging virtual presentations for potential customers. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input and process purchase orders (POs) in our system. Update and maintain project records in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and deliver compelling virtual presentations to showcase our products/services to potential customers. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management. Collaborate with the sales team to streamline workflows and support client engagement. Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required. Proven experience as an administrative assistant, sales support, or similar role. Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes. Experience creating and presenting virtual presentations (e.g., via Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.
