You’ll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure a smooth customer experience. This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and personable.

Compensation:

$45,000-$65,000 Responsibilities Lead counter sales and deliver excellent customer service Assist with warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and logistics Manage inventory accuracy and conduct routine audits Coordinate with internal teams and vendors Maintain safety standards and warehouse organization Support process improvements and operational efficiency Occasionally visit customers to distribute promotional materials, share information about current offers, and help strengthen relationships Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent customer service and communication skills Willingness to learn and be trained in warehouse and counter sales operations Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Prior experience in a warehouse setting or familiarity with HVAC parts is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements:
