Essential Functions and Responsibilities Recognize that long-term customer satisfaction is the foundation of our business—and devote yourself to exceeding expectations at every turn. Embrace dealership’s professional values, operations, and commitment to excellence. Establish, build, and maintain long-term customer relationships—before, during, and after the sale. Acquire complete knowledge of the product lines, features, options, and accessories available for purchase. Show and demonstrate boats both on property, off-site, and safely on the water. Follow the structured sales process to maximize effectiveness, including proactive prospecting and consistent customer follow-up. Diligently input and maintain accurate, comprehensive customer and prospect information in CRM (or equivalent system) to drive future sales. Compute and quote accurate sales prices, including taxes, trade-ins, and licensing fees. Work closely with the Business Manager to coordinate financing, insurance, and warranty sales. Oversee and personally ensure a flawless delivery process for every unit sold. Introduce customers to the full dealership team to highlight Cannons Marina’s full-service support. Maintain top CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) rating through exceptional service Professionally lead and support customer events, including Grady-White Club outings and on-the-water club events. Actively participate in boat shows, dealership events, and off-site promotions. Demonstrate and teach basic seamanship and boating safety as part of the delivery experience. Complete all required training programs (in-person and online) promptly and thoroughly. Maintain boats on property to showroom-ready standards. Project a polished, knowledgeable, and customer-focused image at all times. Duties can change at anytime Performance Expectations Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals . Achieve targeted units sold, sales volume, and gross profit goals . Ensure timely, complete, and professional boat deliveries . Maintains top CSI rating results Maintain consistent prospecting and customer follow-up activities .
