Job Summary:

Work with existing customers and also on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management Visit client’s facility, build business relationships and present information about

Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is highly preferred Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred Salesforce CRM experience is preferred Experience in growing market share Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities Excellent time management and follow-up skills
