Position Summary:

As a Sales Advisor for IMG Academy+, you will play a critical role in driving subscription sales for our cutting-edge online platform designed to enhance athletic personal development and personal growth. You will be responsible for prospecting potential customers through daily outreach strategies, by building strong relationships with customers, and effectivelymunicating the value of IMG Academy+ products and services. This position is ideal for someone passionate about sports, athlete development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Position Responsibilities:
Sales and Outreach:

Prospect potential IMG Academy+ customers through daily phone calls, emails or other outreach strategies (typically 50 phone calls per day)
Work closely with the Camp Sales Director to create effective strategies for increasing IMG Academy+ subscriptions
Demonstrate technical selling skills to promote and sell IMG Academy+ subscriptions and services, including developmental coaching (Mental Performance/Nutrition Coaching), On-Demand Resources & One-One-One Personalized Live Coaching
Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospective business and enrolled business through proper lead management strategies
Properly and effectively use the necessary CRM software to track pipeline, sales, scheduled follow-ups and record of pertinent notes for each customer
Utilize daily reporting to develop long term and short-term goals while tracking individual KPIs
Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of IMG Academy+
Identify new opportunities for business development designed to increase IMG Academy+ enrollment
Determine customer needs and expectations while making expert rmendations to maximize the customer’s experience
Manage time effectively, meeting personal andpany goals and working effectively with other members of the team
Ad to allpany policies, procedures and business ethic codes
Other duties as assigned

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction
Understand customers’ needs and rmend personalized solutions to help them achieve their athletic and personal goals
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, guiding customers through the purchasing process

Product Knowledge and Training:

Be an expert on IMG Academy+ offerings, staying updated on new features, resources and tools
Educate potential customers on the benefits of the platform, showcasing its impact on athletic development
Collaborate and work with On Campus Advisors to maximize cross-selling of Online and On campus products

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

4+ years of sales experience: Proven experience in sales, customer service or related roles
Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sports, athlete development and helping individuals reach their potential
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or in a team environment
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales tracking and basicputer skills
Experience with high-volume cold calling, following up on leads and generating pipelines
Attention to detail

Background Requirements:
