Sales Representative Coastal Pool Development Bradenton, FL Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong understanding of sales techniques, including upselling and cash handling. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately and securely. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively upsell to customers. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock management. Provide support in maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a POS system is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
