We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our clients growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle. Spherion Staffing of Lake, Marion, and Sumter county has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative located in Ocala, FL. This is a temp-to-hire position. The schedule is Monday to Friday form 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The base pay rate is $16

• 18 per hour, depending on experience.

After training is completed then the employee will be eligible for commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospects and clients to promote our products
• Support customers with inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and CRM entries
• Work closely with the internal team to achieve sales goals Working hours: 8:00 AM
• 5:00

PM Skills:

• Must be comfortable with technology and multitasking
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years
