Known for high-quality work and excellent service, we’re growing fast and looking for a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented team member to join our office. Role Overview This in-office role focuses on handling all walk-ins, calls, messages, and emails related to sales and quotes. You’ll work directly with homeowners and contractors, prepare estimates, manage assigned accounts, and support the admin team when needed. Responsibilities Respond to all walk-ins, calls, texts, and emails for quotes. Prepare and send quotes for homeowners and contractors. Maintain communication with assigned contractor accounts and their clients. Follow up with quoted clients at least 1-2 times after sending the estimate. Bid on construction projects and contractor leads as assigned. Learn our materials, services, and installation practices; guide clients in their selections. Fill out and maintain client file information accurately. Learn and assist with creating quotes and invoices on Quickbooks Use ProKitchen design software to create cabinetry layouts. Schedule and coordinate installations directly with clients. Occasionally visit contractors and participate in team events for client acquisition. Use design software to create countertop layouts for quotes; take measurements when needed. Assist with invoicing and admin tasks when other team members are unavailable. Qualifications Experience in sales, customer service, or admin preferred. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Quick learner, responsible, and detail-oriented. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Willing to learn about stone materials, fabrication, and installation (we will train). Schedule & Pay Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5PM Hourly + commissions Occasional events or field visits Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities
