Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Low Voltage Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Technical Systems division. This is primarily an administrative role focused on supporting the sales process through coordination, communication, and document preparation. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate and current client and opportunity data. Draft and edit sales proposals and scopes of work based on team input and customer needs. Coordinate and schedule appointments, site visits, and internal meetings for the Sales and Technical teams. Manage sales calendars and ensure timely follow-ups on leads, bids, and client communications. Handle incoming sales inquiries and screen calls professionally and efficiently. Assist in preparing documents for bid submissions and RFP responses. Track project status and ensure proper documentation is maintained from lead to close. Provide administrative support for sales reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or coordination role. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document formatting. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. Knowledge of low-voltage systems is a plus but not required.
