Responsibilities Assist guests through the purchase process from selection to numbers to financing and delivery ensuring their time with us is easy and stress-free! Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features. Develop qualifying buyers and closing sales. Sell the passion and excitement of powersports to our customers. Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross-selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans. Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers, using proactive sales techniques. Follow a well-structured sales process (that works!) Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions. Stay up to date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements:

Requirements Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills. Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the power sports industry. Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays at our facility in Tallahassee, FL Attention to detail and organized. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked. Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications, smartphones, email, and social media apps. Riding experience and current motorcycle endorsement are desired, but not required. Punctuality is key.
