• What You’ll Do Greet walk-in clients and provide a premium customer experience Assist customers in selecting the perfect flooring based on style, needs, and budget Educate clients on flooring materials, installation processes, and maintenance Create detailed quotes and guide customers through the sales process from start to finish Upsell related products (underlayment, moldings, etc.

) to increase project value Maintain showroom appearance and ensure product displays are up to date Follow up with leads and manage client relationships to drive repeat business Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely installation and customer satisfaction

• What You Bring Experience in retail sales, home improvement, or flooring is highly preferred Strong communication and consultative selling skills Ability to learn product specs and explain them confidently to customers Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Familiarity with quoting systems, CRM tools, or POS software is a plus

Key Skills & Qualifications Flooring Knowledge:

Hardwood, tile, vinyl, laminate, and carpet products

Upselling:

Confident recommending upgrades, add-ons, or premium finishes

Inside Sales Experience:

Skilled at guiding in-store customers to a close

Account Management:

Maintain long-term customer relationships

Project Coordination:

Understanding of timelines and basic installation logistics

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable using sales software and digital quote tools
