We are currently seeking candidates for the position of : In-House Broker Sales Representative , at our Dayton, Ohio or Stuart, FL location and or Remote location. Duties and Responsibilities Proactively identify and secure retail charter clients through outbound prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives Respond promptly to inbound charter requests and client inquiries Source aircraft options through internal fleet availability and a network of vetted third-party operators Negotiate pricing, terms, and aircraft availability with both clients and operators Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM and booking platforms Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication Collaborate with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless trip execution Stay informed about industry trends, aircraft availability, and market pricing Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, ideally in aviation, luxury travel, or a high-touch client-facing industry Charter brokerage or private aviation experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of aircraft types, charter logistics, and industry best practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency with CRM systems and charter software is a plus Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail Must be authorized to work in United States and able to work from our office location, when needed to be.
