Responsibilities:

Proactively identifying and researching potential new business leads through various methods. Conducting cold outreach (calls, emails, etc.) to generate interest and schedule meetings. Developing a strong understanding of the company’s products and services. Articulating the value proposition of the product in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner. Building rapport and establishing relationships with potential clients. Maintaining accurate records of lead generation activities and progress. Achieving targets for new lead generation and qualified opportunities. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or sales development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a charismatic and engaging personality. Strong ability to articulate information clearly and concisely. Persuasive and influential communication style. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection. Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads. Proficiency in using CRM or other lead management tools is a bonus.
