Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven, professional, and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to spearhead top-of-funnel growth through channel partner development and direct lead generation . This role will be the tip of the spear for market outreach and brand visibility, focused entirely on pipeline creation — not closing. Ideal candidates will have experience selling luxury services, working with high-net-worth clients, or supporting home service providers in premium markets.

This role is open to applicants who can excel in a remote capacity. Full-time onsite applicants are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel & Referral Partner Development (40%) Identify, qualify, and build relationships with channel partners including realtors, builders, interior designers, family offices, and luxury service providers Develop custom outreach campaigns and sequences to initiate partnerships Schedule introductory calls and manage partner onboarding materials Track referral activity and identify high-performing partner relationship 2. Direct Lead Generation (40%) Prospect affluent homeowners and estate managers using curated data lists and CRM tools Initiate outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, calls, and strategic mailers Represent IHEM professionally with a strong understanding of luxury service language and pain points Set qualified meetings for the Sales and Client Services teams 3. CRM Maintenance & Sales Process Optimization (20%) Log all activity and interactions into CRM (HubSpot) Contribute to list segmentation, campaign effectiveness tracking, and reporting Work cross-functionally with marketing to align messaging and asset development Continuously improve outreach processes based on partner and prospect feedback

Qualifications:

2+ years of business development or lead generation experience (luxury real estate, home services, or concierge services preferred) Exceptional communication and writing skills Comfortable speaking with high-net-worth individuals and their gatekeepers Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Self-starter with proven remote work ethic and organizational skills Familiarity with the South Florida luxury real estate and homeownership market a plus Why Join IHEM? Base Salary:

$65,000•$70,000 (based on experience and location)

Commission Opportunity:

$7,800•$32,400 annually Commission is earned on new clients sourced directly or via referral partners, based on a percentage of first-year contract value (ACV)

KPI & Milestone Bonuses:

$7,000•$18,000 annually Includes quarterly performance bonuses and tiered milestone incentives for client acquisition influence
