Full Job Description Overview:
We are looking for driven, self-motivated, and consumer oriented Advisors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive overall experience. We are a fun-loving office comprised of industry focused young professionals that become family. Duties:
- Full time position.
No part-time positions available.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Computer proficiency required. Use of CRM and auto-dialer preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Assistance in obtaining a 2-15 Florida license is available for qualified candidates.
- Use sales techniques to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize point-of-sale systems and maintain accurate records
- Supervise and train junior sales staff
- Weekly Advances Paid, Monthly Commission Paychecks, Quarterly-Monthly-Annual Bonuses, Residuals.
- Unlimited & FREE in-house leads provided.
