Warehouse & Sales Coordinator (In-Office, Full-Time)

Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Warehouse & Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day operations in both physical warehouse tasks and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable in a hands-on environment, and eager to support a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Logistics:

• Participate in packout projects, including kitting and fulfillment
• Package shipments, including palletizing and preparing for freight
• Operate a pallet jack (or be willing to learn)
• Address UPS/FedEx shipping issues as needed
• Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs safely and efficiently

Sales & Order Coordination:

• Maintain and update the order tracker and sample tracker
• Process company store orders accurately
• Communicate tracking and delivery details to clients
• Create client presentations with guidance from the CEO
• Perform margin calculations using pre-set tools
• Coordinate with vendors for quotes, samples, and lead times

Administrative Support:

• Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.)
• Use Asana for task management (a plus, not required)
• Support business growth initiatives and special projects led by the CEO
• Balance physical warehouse work with office-based responsibilities
