, you’ll be: Maximizing sales by promoting and selling spa services, treatments, and packages to new and returning clients Crafting personalized recommendations to upsell and cross-sell services, driving additional revenue Building lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and increase client loyalty Exceeding sales targets by truly understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions Collaborating with the team to develop creative promotions and strategies that attract and retain customers Staying ahead of trends in spa services, products, and industry developments, ensuring you always have the latest knowledge to wow clients Providing exceptional customer service , handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every client leaves happy

Requirements:

experience in sales or customer service , ideally within the wellness, spa, or h Provenospitality industries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to connect with clients and make them feel valued A natural ability to build positive, lasting relationships with clients and understand their unique preferences Goal-oriented with a strong drive to not just meet, but exceed sales targets Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness trends is a bonus — we love a candidate who’s passionate about the industry!
