Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation Convert client inquiries into booked consultations and procedures. Upsell and cross-sell treatments and products. Monitor and follow up on leads (calls, emails, social media). Client Consultations & Experience Greet and guide clients through their aesthetic journey. Explain procedures, pricing, pre/post-care, and expectations. Maintain knowledge of all treatments and technology used in the clinic. Coordination & Scheduling Work closely with providers to coordinate appointments. Ensure accurate scheduling based on treatment protocols. Maintain and update systems with client notes, appointments, and sales progress. Marketing & Promotions Support Assist with campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions. Identify opportunities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Strong sales background, preferably in aesthetics, luxury retail, or medical spa industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in educating clients and overcoming objections. Highly organized with attention to detail. Tech-savvy, experience with booking systems (e.g., Vagaro, OneTouch). Understanding of common aesthetic treatments (Botox, fillers, lasers, skincare, etc.). Professional appearance and demeanor.
