We’re looking for a passionate and persuasive Sales Consultant to join our high-performing aesthetic team and help clients begin their smile transformation journey.
Your Role:
As a Dental Sales Consultant, you will: Conduct consultations with clients seeking cosmetic treatments, especially veneers Educate patients on procedures, outcomes, and financing options Build strong, trusting relationships and close treatment plans Follow up with leads from online platforms, walk-ins, and referrals Collaborate with dentists, front desk, and marketing teams Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in sales (dental, medical spa, or luxury services preferred) Excellent communication and confidence in guiding clients toward decisions Positive attitude, energetic presence, and team-player mindset Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and client care Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus Previous experience with veneers or cosmetic dentistry is a bonus
