Job requirements:

Bilingual – English/Spanish Organized, attention to detail Enthusiastic personality Charismatic phone presence and solid understanding of phone etiquette Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Tenacious yet engaging and professional presence

Job Responsibilities:

Help each customer determine the best vehicle for their wants and needs Represent vehicles of interest to the customer, including accompanying them on test drives Report to Sales Managers with reference to new inventory, goals, and reviews Maintain inventory awareness and vehicle knowledge including features, trims, ads, and accessories Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards Build strong rapport with customers Maintain notes in lead management system

$4,000.00 – $11,000.00 per month
