Team:

Join Ingram Micro’s Microsoft Cloud recruiting team, where we specialize in bringing new partners into our ecosystem. Our focus is on resellers who haven’t transacted Microsoft Cloud solutions—Modern Work, Dynamics, or Azure—with Ingram Micro in the past 12 months. Most of these transactions come from resellers currently working directly with Microsoft or with a competitor. By showcasing Ingram Micro’s value, we help integrate our solutions into their business operations. We collaborate with SMB, Marketing, and other business units to identify leads and opportunities that drive new business growth.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales hunting role within technology distribution, ideally with Microsoft solutions. Strong B2B sales background, handling transactions ranging from $100K to $10M. High motivation for outbound prospecting and self-driven lead generation. Ability to work independently while delivering results, as well as collaborating within a remote team structure.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Demonstrated success in achieving top sales performance across various verticals, revenue streams, and deal sizes. Microsoft certifications or deep knowledge of Modern Work, Dynamics, and Azure. Expertise in new business development; this is a revenue-generating sales role, not account management. Track record of securing new business opportunities and driving growth.

Role Expectations:

Engage Microsoft resellers who are not currently working with Ingram Micro, targeting those with annual revenue between $50K ARR and $10M ARR. Drive high-volume outbound calls to generate leads, identify opportunities, and facilitate new transactions/migrations.

Education/Experience :

Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.

Work Environment & Compensation:

Hybrid schedule: Three in-office days per week (Tuesday-Thursday), two remote workdays (Monday & Friday). (Field based may be considered) Compensation structure: 50% base salary, 50% commission. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67,300.00 – $114,500.00 per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range. At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
