Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team at the Opa-Locka branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online sales inquiries, nurturing leads, processing orders and providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and order placement. Follow up on leads generated through the website and marketing campaigns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. Collaborate with the fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve order issues. Monitor and report on e-commerce sales performance and customer feedback. Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences. Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends. Execute the essential duties of the position, with or without accommodation.

Minimum Qualifications:
