Base salary: $55,000-$60,000/year

Commission :

0.75-1% of all sales (after 1 year), averaging $40,000+ annually About the Role This role is with a global manufacturing leader . You would be supporting both production and aftermarket sales by ensuring the right parts are available and promoted effectively. It’s a key position that combines sales coordination, inventory oversight , and customer interaction .

Your Main Responsibilities Would Include :

Monitoring inventory and proactively ordering parts to meet production and aftermarket needs Quoting and handling direct parts sales to clients Reviewing Bills of Materials (BOM) for efficiency Sourcing suppliers and negotiating pricing Supporting promotional strategies to boost parts sales

What They’re Looking For :

Bilingual – English and Spanish (mandatory) 2-4 years of experience in sales or inventory coordination , ideally in manufacturing or automotive Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Solid communication and analytical skills High school diploma or equivalent

Reporting & Growth :

You’d report directly to the General Sales Manager Commission kicks in after your first year , and there’s strong growth potential long-term
