Handle credit/debit card transactions efficiently using our client POS systems ensuring accuracy in credit/debit card handling procedures. Maintain knowledge of current promotions to effectively upsell products. Provide excellent communication skills when responding to customer inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. Proven ability in upselling products to maximize sales opportunities. Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing. Background in retail sales, customer service and direct sales demonstrating an understanding of customer needs and preferences.
