We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) sales professional who is self-motivated, results-driven , and eager to grow with a mission-driven company. You will manage the Delray Beach and South Florida territory , which includes an established client base and strong market growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow existing customer relationships in the South Florida region
• Service current accounts and prospects for new business opportunities
• Represent Amerigrow at trade shows, industry events, and educational presentations
• Collaborate with professionals in agriculture, engineering, landscaping, and turf management
• Assist clients with soil health, conservation planning, and compost solutions
• Prepare and deliver educational presentations for specialized markets
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in sales, agriculture, or environmental services)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the environmental, agricultural, or landscaping sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must reside in or be willing to travel regularly throughout South Florida, including the Delray Beach area
