Responsibilities Outreach to referral partners to introduce FAI’s lending programs Assess borrower needs and provide tailored financing recommendations Guide prospective borrowers through the application process Maintain communication with clients and partners throughout the loan lifecycle Work independently while collaborating closely with our internal team Requirements Basic knowledge of real estate investing and mortgage financing Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized self-starter with attention to detail Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new platforms and tools Motivated, coachable, and team-oriented Why Join Us? Location:

This position is based in our North Miami office. While we prefer in-person collaboration, hybrid/remote options may be considered for the right candidate.

$600.00 – $2,000.00 per week Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
