We are seeking driven, entrepreneurial professionals to join our Business Development Team . If you have experience in tech sales or private capital markets and want to be on the front lines of financial innovation, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective clients (fund managers, issuers, syndicates, family offices, and service providers) through targeted outreach and networking. Lead discovery and demo calls, understand client needs, and align IFT’s platforms to solve real challenges. Build and manage a pipeline using our CRM, following a structured sales process from lead to close. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, compliance, operations) to ensure a smooth handoff and successful onboarding of clients. Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals with autonomy and accountability. Who You Are 2+ years of experience in SaaS, FinTech, or capital markets sales (B2B preferred). Strong understanding of private capital, investor onboarding, or fundraising operations is a big plus. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset – you thrive in fast-paced environments and don’t need hand-holding. Excellent communication and consultative sales skills. Based in Miami or willing to relocate – this role is in-office only due to the collaborative nature and steep learning curve.
