Business Development Representative – Tech & AI Solutions (Commission-Based) Novator Tech Inc Miami, FL 33131 • Hybrid work

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a bilingual (English-Spanish) business development professional who’s proactive, resourceful, and passionate about technology. This 100% commission-based role starts with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation but also offers the opportunity to evolve into a strategic support role, assisting the Founder with operations and internal organization. If you’re looking to grow within a global consulting firm while working on a variety of innovative projects, this is an exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify qualified leads in verticals like financial services, real estate, government, and media. Conduct cold outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Support and schedule discovery calls and meetings. Represent multiple tech solutions (e.g., AI, 3D, digital transformation) to potential clients. Maintain organized CRM records and weekly status reports.

Optional/Bonus Responsibilities:

Assist the CEO with calendar management, email handling, and organizational tasks. Help coordinate agendas, meetings, and internal follow-ups across projects.
