Full Job Description Opportunity:

Seeking a highly motivated and independent sales representative to drive growth for our commercial cleaning services in Miami, FL.This is a flexible, independent role where you’ll connect with offices, property managers, and business owners to secure cleaning service contracts. 100% commission-based role offering weekly payments and bonus potential.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect local businesses, offices, and property managers. Conduct on-site walkthroughs and collaborate on service quotes. Finalize and submit commercial cleaning service contracts. Independently manage sales leads and ensure effective follow-up. Meet monthly sales targets to qualify for bonuses. Represent Klean Maids professionally at all times (uniform required).

Requirements:

Proven experience in outside sales (prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred). Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities. Spanish language skills are an advantage. Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. Ability to maintain a professional company image. Exceptional customer service and time management skills. Familiarity with various sales techniques and pipeline management.

Compensation:

Earn 10% to 15% commission on the value of each signed commercial cleaning contract (for example, a $2,000/month contract yields $200 to $400 in commission). Receive weekly payouts every Friday, following contract verification. Benefit from bonus opportunities for securing high-value contracts and achieving monthly sales milestones. This is a 100% commission-based position ; there is no hourly wage or salary provided.
