Position Overview:

The CPR Instructor & Business Development Specialist will play a dual role—leading CPR and advanced life support training (BLS, ACLS, PALS), while also supporting student enrollment and program sales efforts. You’ll collaborate on curriculum development , build relationships with prospective students .

Key Responsibilities:

Instruct students in CPR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS courses following American Heart Association guidelines Assist in the development and updating of curriculum and training materials Conduct student assessments and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes Collaborate with admissions and outreach teams to promote CPR and advanced life support programs Support sales initiatives , including follow-up with prospective students, attending outreach events, and converting inquiries into enrollments Ensure compliance with all certification standards and maintain accurate records of course completions Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions that reflect real-world emergency scenarios Assist in coordinating class schedules and managing inventory for training materials

Qualifications:

Certified CPR Instructor through the American Heart Association (Required) Certified in

BLS , ACLS
