6-Month Contract-to-Hire About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service & Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Verdesian Life Sciences. In this hybrid role, you’ll be the frontline connection between our customers and internal teams-ensuring seamless order processing, proactive sales outreach, and exceptional service delivery. This is a fully remote role, ideally suited for candidates in the Pacific Time Zone (excluding California). What You’ll Do Customer Service Act as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring accurate and timely order processing. Acknowledge purchase orders within 1 hour of receipt and enter them into the ERP system by end of day. Coordinate order shipment, tracking, and invoicing within 24 hours of dispatch. Resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams to identify and address root causes. Support inventory reconciliation and billing inquiries in partnership with Inventory Control and Accounts Receivable. Inside Sales Develop account strategies to drive engagement and revenue growth. Reengage previous customers with
