Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. The person will mainly sell Dental Design Veneers Representative must answer inbound telephone calls and make outbound calls (averaging 100-200 calls per day) Identify and Schedule qualified patients for consultation Provide patients with detailed information about Dental Veneers and Implants Accurately enter all data about the patient’s information Online chat with patients via the website and social media platforms Follow up with patients who have expressed interest in Seduction Dental Send information packets to scheduled patients before the visit Address caller needs in a timely fashion, answer questions, and set scheduled consultations

Qualifications:

Superior sales skills over the phone focusing on building a relationship and “Closing the Sale” Strong communication and rapport-building skills Self-motivation, drive, and initiative Able to educate consumers on dental services, especially Veneers and Implants Engaging and friendly; excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work in a stressful environment and maintain a pleasant demeanor Advanced oral and written communication skills Dental knowledge preferred Strong organizational skills Must be a team player Commitment to providing excellent customer service Basic computer skills
