We are a growing company providing exciting opportunities for professional growth. We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, social media management, office administration and daily operations. This position requires fluency in both
English and Spanish Job Responsibilities Administrative Responsibilities:
Schedule sales calls, measurements, and installation dates with clients, while managing calendars effectively. Respond to and qualify potential customers via phone and email. Maintain customer records. Manage inquiries and customer interactions across social media platforms. Ordering and maintaining office supplies. Utilize software such as Google Suite, QuickBooks, Outlook,Microsoft Office, DocuSign, CRM or others. Supporting the creation and management of graphic and audiovisual content using tools like Canva, or others.
Operational Responsibilities:
Open and close the office daily. Receive and validate incoming orders, as well as coordinate, validate, and check outgoing orders. Coordinate the installation teams. Purchase and replenish supplies, materials, or tools. Support proper warehouse operations. Willingness to become forklift certified to receive pallet shipments occasionally (Preferred).
Qualifications/Skills:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Fluent) required. Exceptional people skills and experience in customer service via phone (1+ years minimum). Highly organized and punctual. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn new software and systems, with strong proficiency in computers. Familiarity with Canva and other graphic design programs (Preferred). Experience in photography and video editing (Preferred). Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT (Preferred).
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional studies in administration, marketing, sales, or customer service preferred. Experience with a stable work history.

- $20 per hour, depending on experience.
