The ideal candidate will excel in offering a great customer service, guiding our customers in their buying process, and use strategic and convincing techniques to close sales. The ideal candidate will also excel in generating leads by Social Media and Facebook Marketplace, converting leads into visits, and converting visits into sales through effective communication and persuasive techniques. Responsibilities Convert visits and walk-ins into sales by following the Sales Process and through effective communication and persuasive techniques. Generate a minimum of 10 sales per month. Engage with leads provided by the dealership to convert them into successful appointments. Make 50 calls a day. Generate leads by effective use of Social Media and other advertising methods, for example, Facebook Marketplace. Convert leads into visits, a minimum of 5 visits per week will be required. Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with leads and existing customers. Collaborate with team members to improve results. Experience Previous experience in Sales, ideally Car Sales. At least 10 years of total previous work experience. Familiarity with software tools as CRM. Excellent speaking and writing skills to effectively communicate. Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals. Schedule 6 days a week Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm (1-hour lunch break) Saturdays 10am to 6pm (1-hour lunch break) Sundays off Work-at-office only.
