Your Mission Drive Repeat Business:
Mastermind strategies using HubSpot and other tools to significantly boost repeat purchasing from existing customers.
Account Leadership:
Directly manage and strategically grow key accounts, leveraging your relationships and expertise to position ZenSupply as an indispensable partner.
Build & Scale:
Transition from individual contributor to executive leader—hiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing inbound/outbound sales team.
Strategic Innovation:
Collaborate directly with our founders and COO to continuously refine ZenSupply’s sales approach, optimize our customer lifecycle, and innovate within our target markets.
Relationship Architect:
Leverage personal and professional networks to bring in significant, strategic new business partnerships.
Who You Are CRM Solutions Expert:
You’re not just comfortable with systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce—you’re a certified expert who can quickly implement and optimize advanced sales automation workflows.
Proven Sales Strategist:
At least 5 years in a leadership capacity, managing high-performing teams or strategic accounts, ideally in ecommerce or wholesale distribution.
Customer Obsessed:
Equally at ease in high-stakes negotiations as in personalized, luxury customer experiences, ensuring ZenSupply is always the preferred supplier.
