Experience in immigration areas such as: asylum, deportation defense, family petitions, VAWA, and other related processes is required. English is not required, but preferred. Must speak/write Spanish. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities Conduct in-person and virtual appointments with prospective clients to provide information about immigration processes, including eligibility requirements, documentation, timelines, and potential outcomes. Manage outbound and inbound phone calls, addressing client inquiries, providing accurate information, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Attend and schedule appointments based on client availability, ensuring timely and efficient coordination. Offering legal packages to assist clients in migration services. Creating invoices and receiving payments. Escalate cases according to firm guidelines. Keep records of client’s interactions, and file documentation properly. Follow guidelines, and policies according to client expectations. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers succeed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
