• Commercial Cleaning Contracts (1099) We are looking for a highly motivated Independent Sales Representative to drive the growth of our commercial cleaning services in the Miami FL area.

This is a flexible, independent role where you’ll connect with offices, property managers, and business owners to secure cleaning service contracts. You’ll enjoy managing your own schedule and receive weekly payments upon successful contract signings.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect local businesses, offices, and property management groups. Conduct site walkthroughs to determine specific cleaning requirements. Collaborate with our operations team to develop accurate quotes. Finalize cleaning service contracts and submit signed agreements. Independently manage your sales leads and follow-up activities. Work towards achieving monthly sales targets, with bonus opportunities available. Present and effectively promote Klean Maids company and services to prospective clients. Represent the company wearing our uniform.

Requirements:

Proven experience in self-generated outside sales; experience in the Commercial and Residential cleaning industry. Excellent communication (in English), negotiation, and interpersonal abilities; Spanish language skills are advantageous. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrated commitment to representing the company in a professional manner. Outstanding customer service skills and excellent time management abilities. Familiarity with various sales techniques and pipeline management. What You’ll Earn 10

• 15% commission per signed commercial contract

Example:

$2,000/month contract = $200

• 400 commission Weekly payouts every Friday, after contract is signed and verified Bonus opportunities for high-value contracts and monthly milestones This role is 100% commission-based—no hourly wage or salary
