Job Description:
As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for leveraging your sales expertise to connect with pre-generated warm leads and drive sales of our luxury products. You will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion:
- Engage with pre-generated warm leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to convert prospects into satisfied customers. 2.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our luxury products, highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential clients. 3.

Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and needs to provide personalized product recommendations. 4.

Sales Presentations:
- Conduct compelling sales presentations that effectively showcase the value of our luxury products, addressing customer concerns and objections with confidence. 5.

Quota Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the sales team. 6.

Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to position our luxury products effectively. 7.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative in the luxury products or similar industry.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
Compensation:

Base Salary:
$55,000 per year
- Lucrative commission structure, providing the opportunity to realistically earn $100k+ in the first year.
