A leading international cargo & logistics provider is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and selling our comprehensive freight and logistics services to meet revenue targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline. Present and sell shipping and logistics solutions, including truckload, LTL, intermodal, and warehousing services, to meet client needs. Prepare and deliver quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities within the logistics industry. Follow up on leads and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Provide regular reports on sales performance, including revenue, call volume, and conversion rates, to sales management.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in freight, logistics, or B2B sales Bilingual Spanish Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Knowledge of freight and logistics industry trends, including truckload, LTL, and intermodal services, is a plus.
