Compensation:

$16 – $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process One year of work experience in sales About Company CAVA Law is a boutique firm in Coral Gables, FL.
