Job Duties:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with buyers to maximize opportunities and drive growth.
Analyze sales and profit plans, forecasting, and post-promotional analysis
Develop new vendor relationships, establish and maintain working relationships with existing vendors, and manage the customer’s P&L.
Serve as the farm liaison for the customer, responsible for logistics integration, information systems, account payables follow-up, and special marketing programs.
Lead and develop our existing relationship with the customer and expand our partnership into new formats.
Identify opportunities for new product development and establish a feedback loop on existing bouquets and products.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration plus 2 years experience working in the floral industry within the Colombian and Ecuadorian market including sales, processing, and logistics of transportation. Help for Employer Information. Opens a new window.
