This is a commission-only role ideal for consultants, medical sales reps, or relationship builders who thrive on helping medical practices grow and optimize revenue.
Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to medical clinics, private practices, and MSOs that could benefit from LabEndoc. Present the LabEndoc platform as a turnkey solution for non-face-to-face care delivery and billing optimization. Educate providers on CPT codes like 99358/99359 and how the assessments integrate with their EMR. Guide clinics through the onboarding process with support from our back-office team. Maintain strong follow-up and clinic relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Compensation:
10% recurring commission on all reimbursements generated through your enrolled clinics. Unlimited earning potential based on volume and performance. No cap on income, no territory restrictions.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in medical sales, practice growth consulting, billing, or healthcare SaaS (preferred, not required). Confident communicator with a professional presence—whether on Zoom or in person. Strong understanding of provider workflows and how to pitch time-saving, revenue-generating solutions. Motivated by performance, not a base salary. Able to start right away as a 1099 contractor.
